Production Time — All Miscast products are made to order. As a general guide, expect between 6 business days and 3 weeks from the date of your order to shipment.
Shipping Zones, Rates & Estimated Delivery Times — We ship to Italy, the European Union, Norway, the United States, Canada, Australia, and the Philippines. All shipments include a tracking number.

All shipments are handled via Poste Italiane (Poste Delivery Business Standard for Italy, Poste Minibox Express for international). Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or postal delays outside our control.
🇺🇸 United States — Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) — Orders shipped to the USA are delivered Delivery Duty Paid. Customs duties and import fees are included in the product price — no additional charges will be applied at the border. Please note that US sales tax is not included in the price and may be applied separately depending on your state.
🇳🇴 Norway — Import VAT — As Norway is a non-EU country, we do not collect taxes at checkout. Norwegian import VAT (MVA, 25%) may be collected by the carrier or customs upon delivery.
