Welcome to Miscast. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms.

Our products — All Miscast products are made to order and handcrafted in Italy. Product images are representative — minor variations in finish or colour may occur due to the nature of the manufacturing process. These variations are not considered defects.

Orders & payment — Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors or stock unavailability, in which case a full refund will be issued. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available through Shopify Payments. By placing an order, you acknowledge that some Miscast products are made to order and manufactured specifically upon request. For such products, the right of withdrawal does not apply, as they are manufactured to the consumer's specifications. For products that are not custom-manufactured, customers residing in the European Union are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days pursuant to Art. 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Production & shipping — As all products are made to order, please allow the production time indicated on each product page before shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Intellectual property — All content on this site — including product designs, images, and copy — is the property of Miscast and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.

Limitation of liability — Miscast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

Governing law — These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trieste, Italy.

Changes to these terms — We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
